Ranise Pesto Ligure DOP

Basil pesto is Liguria's most famous export, and Ranise makes its version from ingredients that never leave the region. Ranise has worked the Taggiasca olive groves of Chiusanico, Liguria since 1995, and this DOP-certified pesto pairs Genovese basil DOP with Grana Padano cheese DOP, both protected designations tied to a specific place and method.
