Where do your products come from?
Everything in our shop is imported directly from small, family-run producers across Italy, Spain, and Denmark. We work to bring you the same quality you'd find in the region itself, no mass-market substitutes.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We're working on a free shipping threshold, check back soon for details.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Subscriptions will let you receive your favorite products on a recurring schedule, so you never run out.
How should I store tinned and jarred products?
Unopened tins, jars, and dry goods can be stored in a cool, dry pantry. Once opened, most seafood and sauces should be refrigerated and used within a few days, check individual product labels for specifics.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Reach out to us right away through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the damage, we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're evaluating international shipping for the future.
Can I return a product?
Because many of our items are food products, we're not able to accept returns on opened items. If something arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
How do I know if a product contains allergens?
Each product page lists key ingredients. If you have specific allergy concerns, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
