Il Molino has been farmed by the Torzilli family since the 1700s, on land between Montefiascone and Tuscania near Lake Bolsena. Annalisa and Mauro Torzilli now run the estate, pressing their own Caninese olives into DOP Tuscia olive oil using organic methods.
