Fangst, Danish for "catch," was founded by three friends in Copenhagen on a mission to revive Nordic seafood traditions nearly lost to time. They smoke sprats, trout, and herring over beechwood with wild aromatics like juniper and chamomile, sourcing sustainably from the North and Baltic Seas.
